Well howdy, neighbor! While we appreciate this offer, we are unable to accept returns in person. 

Please use the included prepaid label to send any returns our way. 

Misplaced the label? No worries! 

You can either print a new one by following the steps below or [connect](https://literati.kustomer.help/contact/kids-support-BJAHXJ6Pv) with our customer support team.

On the web:

1.   Log in to your account at [literati.com/kids](http://literati.com/kids)
    
2.  Click **"My Account"** and then select **"Boxes"**
    
3.  Click on **“See Details”** of the box for which you need to download the Return Label
    
4.  Scroll a bit down, and click the **“Print Return Label”** button
    
5.  Click “**Print Label**”
    
6.  Paste the new label on your return box. If you're using the Literati Book Box, make sure to fully cover the existing label.
